An International Free Trade zoned area in Belize City.  The project aimed to create a commercial hub in the immediate vicinity of Philip Goldson International Airport.  With Concentric circulation for high load traffic and inner light traffic, direct access to the airport runway, zoning for light industrial, commercial, banking, commerce, hotel and casino.
