THE PROJECT
Some of the concepts developed were to create artificial complementary bodies of water to enhance the limited beachfront of the site. A series of pensisulas and bays were imagined to augment the perimeter of the site.
Housing
Various concepts were developed to study housing possibilities, consistent with preserving views, local wildlife, required density and such.
